Service Description
The purpose of our practice is to be able to sit with self. To be witness to the chatter and fluctuations, to let go of outer distractions and return to Being...just as you are. This class will explore several paths for returning to Self, including: guided meditation, mudra, chanting, pranayama (breath practices), relaxation techniques and Yoga Nidra. During this hour, you will learn how to drop in to a deeper state of being which benefits overall wellbeing: decreases stress & anxiety; improves emotional and mental states - depression, fear, overwhelm, grief.
